Industrial Park

The Port owns a 40 acre (18 hectare) parcel of industrially zoned land overlooking the Pacific Ocean that is deemed "shovel ready" for development by the State of Oregon. It is a "clean slate" as it ready to be developed to fit the needs of the customer. This is a unique opportunity for business to locate in or expand to the beautiful coast of Oregon and retaining close proximity (62 miles or 100 km.) to Eugene and the I-5 transportation corridor.
