  1. to fill out a vendor application from the Port
  2. have insurance liability of 2 million
  3. Pictures of merchandise being sold
  4. return the application, proof of insurance, pictures, City of Florence application and $50.00 to the Port for approval

If approved, a copy will be provided to take to the City of Florence for a permit
